HEAL (Healthy Eating Active Living)
Since 2004, Kaiser Permanente’s HEAL Initiatives—including the HEAL Zones—have helped thousands of people eat better and move more as part of daily life.

PHASE (Preventing Heart Attacks & Strokes Everyday)
A Kaiser Permanente program that is designed to advance population based, chronic care management that has reduced heart attacks and stroke-related hospital admissions among our own members by 60 percent. To reach more people with this life saving program, we began sharing PHASE with community health organizations in 2006.
Youth & Trauma Informed Care
As part of our investments to prevent violence, we provided funding to 20 community organizations to advance understanding and effective treatments for youth exposed to complex, ongoing trauma.
