General Operating Support, focuses on investing general operating funds in organizations that are currently serving economically vulnerable, communities of color who are at risk of involuntarily losing their housing. We are seeking organizations that are advocating for, embedded in, and mobilizing their communities to address involuntary displacement. We plan to invest up to $800,000 over 3 years to provide general operating support for up to 10 nonprofit organizations that are using place-based community organizing to mitigate involuntary housing displacement of people of color (including, but not limited to, Asian Americans, African Americans, Latino/as, Native Americans, Pacific Islanders) living in economically vulnerable communities/neighborhoods.
Strengthening Partnerships to Support Economic Opportunity for Young Adults 18 to 25 Years of Age, focuses on strengthening partnerships that support young adults, who have become disconnected from school or employment, in their efforts to achieve economic stability.
