Kaiser Permanente Named Top 100 Military Friendly® Employer

Kaiser Permanente has earned the 2016 Top 100 Military Friendly® Employer and Military Spouse Friendly® Employer designations by Victory Media, publisher of G.I. Jobs and Military Spouse.

The 2016 list of Military Friendly Employers distinguishes companies that offer the strongest job opportunities, hiring practices and retention programs for transitioning service members and spouses seeking civilian employment. And with more than a decade of published ratings, Victory Media’s Military Friendly® lists are viewed as the objective standard within the military community.

Designations are based on survey data independently tested by Ernst & Young, using weightings and methodology established by Victory Media and its advisory board. Criteria includes a benchmark score across key programs and policies, such as the strength of military recruiting efforts, percentage of new hires with prior military service, retention programs for veterans and company policies on National Guard and Reserve service.

Each year, companies taking the survey are held to a higher standard than the previous year through improved methodology, criteria, and weightings developed with the assistance of an advisory board consisting of leaders in the higher education and military recruitment community.
